Your products, listed right on every marketplace.
Keylist takes your supplier data and turns it into complete listings for eMAG, Trendyol and Europe's marketplaces. It keeps an eye on stock, prices, ads and invoices, and you just review and approve.
Launching soon. Our first sellers work with us directly.
Create listings for the products in the new supplier file.
supplier_import · listings_prepareI read 40 products from the file. 37 are complete. 3 are missing data I couldn't find reliably, so I'm keeping them as drafts.
| Product | Now | After |
|---|---|---|
| Stainless steel travel mug, 500 ml, black | missing | complete listing |
| Set of 6 glass tumblers, 350 ml | missing | complete listing |
| Vacuum flask 1 l, white (no EAN) | missing | draft: EAN missing |
Which of my eMAG offers show no stock even though the supplier has it?
stock_compareI compared supplier stock with your offers. 3 offers show zero stock on eMAG, but the supplier has them in stock.
| Offer | On eMAG | Proposed |
|---|---|---|
| CT-500 Travel mug, black | 0 pcs | 24 pcs |
| PH-350 Tumbler set | 0 pcs | 11 pcs |
| TR-1000 Flask, white | 0 pcs | 6 pcs |
Why did I lose the buy box on the travel mug?
price_competition · price_proposeAnother seller lists the same mug at 86.50 RON. I suggest 85.90 RON, which keeps your margin above the minimum you set. I blocked the second cut because it exceeds your 15% limit.
| Offer | Now | Proposed |
|---|---|---|
| CT-500 Travel mug, black | 89.90 RON | 85.90 RON |
| CT-750 Travel mug, 750 ml | 129.90 RON | blocked: −22% |
Which ad campaigns are losing money?
roas_by_campaign · ads_budget_propose“Kitchen · Black Friday” returns 1.6 RON for every 1 RON spent. With your margin, break-even is 2.5. I suggest pausing it and moving its budget to “Travel mugs”, which has a ROAS of 7.2.
| Campaign | Now | Proposed |
|---|---|---|
| Kitchen · Black Friday | 220 RON/day | paused |
| Travel mugs · Sponsored | 327 RON/day | 547 RON/day |
Why did eMAG reject yesterday's offers?
offers_rejected · attributes_fill2 offers were rejected. One was missing the “Capacity” attribute, and the other's main image didn't have a white background. I can fix the first now. The second needs a new image.
| Offer | Issue | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| TR-1000 Flask, white | Capacity: missing | Capacity: 1 l |
| PH-350 Tumbler set | Grey image background | needs a new image |
Which of yesterday's orders have no invoice attached?

“I run 5 companies selling on eMAG, Trendyol and marketplaces across Europe. I built Keylist because I was tired of doing the same manual work every single day.”
Founder of KeylistMarketplace seller
Built by a seller, for sellers
Keylist wasn't dreamed up in an office. It comes from day-to-day work on marketplaces, through every stage:
- Manual publishing
- Product feeds
- CSV imports
- Price comparison sites
- BaseLinker and easySales
- Invoice reconciliation
- AI assistants
Integrations
We start with eMAG and Trendyol and add the other platforms one by one.
Frequently asked questions
When does Keylist launch?
Keylist is in development, and we're working with a small group of sellers ahead of the public launch. Sign up for early access and you'll hear from us first.
How much does it cost?
Pricing will be announced before launch. Sellers on the early access list will be the first to know.
Can Keylist change anything without my approval?
No. Every change to your accounts (price, stock, listing, invoice) is shown to you first and applied only after you approve it. You can also set rules that automatically block changes that are too large.
Why does Keylist need my marketplace API keys?
To read your offers and orders and, once you approve, to send the changes. Keys are stored encrypted, never reach the AI model, and you can delete them at any time.
Do I need a developer?
No. You connect your accounts from the interface and write your requests in plain language, like a conversation.
Can I use it alongside BaseLinker or easySales?
Yes, that's the idea. Keylist prepares, checks and fixes your data, and your integrator can stay the one that publishes, if you prefer.
What happens to my data if I leave?
You can ask us to delete your account and all your data, including your access keys. The details are in our privacy policy.
