Keylist / Terms of service
Terms of service
These terms set out the rules for using keylist.ro and the Keylist platform. By using the service, you agree to them.
1. Who provides the service
Keylist is operated by Technum SRL, Drumul Gura Făgetului 103-105, Sector 3, Bucharest, Romania, tax ID [Tax ID (CUI) to fill in], [Trade Register no. to fill in], email contact@keylist.ro.
2. What Keylist is
Keylist is a platform that helps marketplace sellers prepare listings, track stock, prices, orders and invoices, and apply changes to connected accounts once they approve them. Keylist is not affiliated with eMAG, Trendyol or any other marketplace, invoicing tool or courier mentioned, and their names are trademarks of their respective owners.
3. Early access
Before launch, Keylist is available to a limited group of users. Features may change, errors may occur, and some integrations may still be in development. We'll be clear about what's available and what isn't.
4. Your account
- The service is intended for companies and individuals selling in a professional capacity.
- You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for actions taken from your account.
- Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorised access.
5. Connected accounts
When you connect a marketplace, invoicing tool or courier, you authorise us to access that account strictly for the features you use. Credentials are stored encrypted and you can delete them at any time. You're responsible for following the rules of the platforms you connect.
6. Approving changes
Any action that changes data in your accounts (prices, stock, listings, invoices, shipping labels and others) is shown to you first and carried out only after you approve it. You decide what to approve and remain responsible for approved changes, including issued invoices and generated shipping labels, which may have tax consequences or shipping costs.
7. Artificial intelligence
Keylist uses artificial intelligence to prepare listings and proposals. Results may contain mistakes, such as incorrect attributes or inaccurate descriptions. That's why you should review proposals before approving them. The protection rules you set reduce the risk but don't replace your review.
8. Acceptable use
You may not use Keylist to break the law or marketplace rules, to publish prohibited products or misleading information, to try to gain unauthorised access to our systems or anyone else's, or to overload the service. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
9. Pricing and payment
Pricing and payment terms will be published on the site before the public launch. We will never charge you anything without telling you beforehand how much and what for.
10. Liability
We work to keep the service running correctly and without interruption, but we can't guarantee it, especially since we also depend on the platforms you connect. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits, or for changes you approved. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the previous 12 months.
11. Personal data
How we process data is described in our privacy policy. For your end customers' data, which we process on your behalf, we sign a data processing agreement when you create your account.
12. Termination
You can close your account at any time. We may stop providing the service with 30 days' notice, or immediately in case of a serious breach of these terms. After closure, we delete your data and access keys within 30 days, except for what the law requires us to keep.
13. Changes and governing law
We may change these terms. We'll notify you at least 15 days before any significant change. These terms are governed by Romanian law, and any disputes will be settled amicably or, failing that, by the competent courts in Bucharest.
