ROAS that knows your margin
A ROAS of 3 can be great for one product and a loss for another. Keylist works out the break-even ROAS for each product from its real margin and flags the campaigns below it.
- ROAS
- Ad revenue divided by ad spend. A ROAS of 4 means 4 RON in sales for every 1 RON spent.
- ACoS
- The reverse: ad spend as a share of ad revenue. A ROAS of 4 equals an ACoS of 25%.
- Break-even ROAS
- 1 divided by your margin before ads. With a 40% margin, you need a ROAS of at least 2.5.
